Over the past 12 months the Workday Student Team, comprised of groups from Admissions, University Registrar, Law Registrar, Human Resources, the Business Office and ITS have been hard at work planning and staging the new Workday Student software in anticipation of a rolling release slated for early 2022.  As one can imagine, the respective offices involved in this phase are heavily investing time to manage the implementation effort while maintaining business as usual within existing systems. Thanks for the patience during this “construction” as all have strived to continue providing excellent support to the W&L community throughout the project.

Please join us for this important information session to learn about Workday Student, the software product selected by W&L to replace Ellucian Colleague, our 38-year-old student information system.  Come hear what has changed and how you will use Workday Student to: manage student registration authorization, conduct academic advising, review student advisee academic requirements/progress, handle permission overrides, view teaching schedules and course section rosters, assign grades (both midterm and final), etc.
