As described in our last post, the project team will be engaged in end-to-end Workday testing starting next week. Alchemy consultants will be onsite to support the initiation of this process. In addition to ensuring that all business processes and configurations are functioning as expected, this phase also tests integrations to back end systems and vendors. Hundreds of scenarios that affect day-to-day University operations will be examined.

Contest Rules: The contest is open to all current W&L faculty and staff. Individuals are eligible to win no more than two (2) prizes from now until Workday Go-Live in July 2020. Quizzes will have published open and closed dates. Participants can submit one entry per contest (quiz). Five (5) winners will be selected from a random draw. The winners and the correct answer will be announced here on the Project Workday Website the following week. Staff from ITS, HR, and the Business Office are not eligible to win prizes.
