When Workday goes live in July 2020, which University department should you call to request changes to your retirement benefits, insurance, direct deposit, as well as your tax documents?

A. Human Resources will be the gateway to all your data.
B. The Business Office will now manage that process.
C. The University Registrar is tasked with being your main point of contact.
D. None of the above. Workday gives you self-service access to all this information.

 

When Workday goes live in July 2020, all faculty and staff will have self-service access to manage their data through the Workday web portal. From a single login, you can manage your combined time off, update your home address, view payslips, update direct deposit, request reimbursements, submit tax documents, and much more. All of these functions will be managed through intuitive “applications” found on your personal Workday homepage.
